The Cairo Water Week (CWW) 2025 Scientific Committee invites researchers, and professionals to submit abstracts for presentation. CWW 2025 provides a unique platform to showcase innovative research and practical solutions addressing global water challenges.
Submitting your abstract to CWW 2025 offers a valuable opportunity to present your work at a high-profile event, gaining recognition from leading international water experts.

Abstract Specifications

  • Title: A clear and specific title indicative of the work (avoid general or vague titles).
  • Author(s): Full names of all authors.
  • Affiliation: Author affiliations and complete addresses.

Abstracts must be written in clear and accurate English, with a maximum length of 300 words presented in one paragraph. The abstract should include the following components:

  • Introduction: Briefly present the background, aim, and significance of the study.
  • Methods/Materials: Summarize the approach, procedures, or methodological steps used.
  • Results: Highlight the key findings and their interpretation or analysis.
  • Conclusion and Recommendations: Emphasize the most important outcomes and provide main recommendations.
  • Keywords: Include 3-5 relevant keywords.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
    • Relevance: Alignment with CWW 2025 themes and subthemes.
    • Significance: Research importance and the relevance of outcomes.

Each email can be used to register and upload ONLY ONE PAPER. If an author needs to submit multiple papers, they must either have a co-author submit one of the papers or use a different email to create a new registration and submit another abstract.

CWW 2025 Young Professional Fellowships Announcement

We are thrilled to announce the CWW 2025 Young Professional Fellowships, a prestigious opportunity for 10 exceptional young professionals to participate in Cairo Water Week 2025. Fellowship winners will have their registration fees waived and will gain exclusive access to the event, where they can connect with global experts and leaders in the water sector.
Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Applicants must be under the age of 40.
  • Submission of an abstract for CWW 2025 is mandatory.

  • Submissions must be original and of high quality; all entries will undergo plagiarism checks.
